1. Scope of the Application

Avinix Mail is intended only for authorized Avinix employees. The app is not designed for public use and access is restricted to users with valid Avinix email credentials.

2. Information We Collect

a) Login & Email Account Information

Email address
Email account credentials (username and password)

Login credentials are used only to authenticate with the Avinix IMAP mail server. Credentials are not stored, not logged, and not shared with third parties.

b) Email Data

Email messages
Email metadata (sender, recipient, subject, date)

All email data is fetched directly from the Avinix mail server via IMAP and remains associated with the user’s email account.

c) Device & Technical Information

Device model and Operating system version
IP address (used only for network communication & security)

3. How We Use the Information

Authenticate users via the Avinix IMAP server
Enable sending, receiving and managing emails securely
Display email content to authenticated internal users
Maintain app stability, performance, and security

We do not use data for advertising, analytics tracking, or external marketing purposes.

4. Data Storage & Sharing

The app does not store email credentials on external cloud servers.
Email content is not uploaded, copied, or shared with third-party services.
No user data is sold, rented, or shared with advertisers or external entities.

All email communication occurs directly and securely between the application and the official Avinix mail server.

5. Data Security

Encrypted network communication protocols with the IMAP server
Strictly restricted internal corporate access controls
Absolute zero third-party data processing or tracking tools

6. User Rights & Data Deletion

Since Avinix Mail does not store user data independently, email data remains on the Avinix mail server. Data deletion and account management are handled securely by Avinix IT administration.
